Lexington Community Church (LCC) offers a Youth program that provides solid teaching and fun for Junior and Senior High School students.

Junior High Youth

LCC’s Junior High School program (6th-8th grade) is called “Bridge” (Bridging the gap between wondering and knowing).

Essentials:

*Learning how to move from childhood thinking to adulthood thinking

*Reasoning to make wise choices

*Moving toward a larger purpose

Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.  The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 2Corinthians 5:17 (NLT)

This class takes place on campus, in Room”C” (across from the cafeteria), on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm. 


Senior High Youth

LCC’s Senior High Youth program (9th-12th grade) is called “Summit” (Reaching the summit of discovery, truth and purpose).  This group meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30pm.  We currently meet at Community Central in the Cafeteria.

Essentials:

*Becoming equipped with the knowledge and tools to face the world

*Strengthening faith and belief

*Training to be ambassadors for the kingdom of Christ

Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.  Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.  And be sure of this:  I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20 (NLT)

This class takes place on campus in the Cafeteria on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
